Based in New York City, Karla Martínez is a globally recognized leadership architect and executive coach with more than twenty years of experience across North America, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. She partners with HR and business senior executives navigating complexity, scale, and high‑stakes performance environments.

Karla built her career at Pfizer, Colgate‑Palmolive, Unilever, and PepsiCo, serving as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior executives and global presidents. She has advised leaders through CEO and C‑suite succession, enterprise transformation, and organizational redesign, always with a focus on practical solutions that sustain performance.

Her approach blends developmental rigor with a deep understanding of human performance. Early training in classical ballet shaped her discipline and attention to craft — principles she now applies to help leaders strengthen self‑awareness, elevate decision‑making, and lead with greater intention.

An experienced HBDI practitioner and a Hudson Institute Coach, Karla focuses on building leadership habits that drive accountability and sustained effectiveness. She holds academic training in Organizational Psychology and Executive Development. In 2025, she pioneered award‑winning development programs that integrate technology and human capability, earning recognition from Brandon Hall and Newsweek.

Based in Mexico City, Norma Ramírez Vázquez is an organizational effectiveness architect and executive coach with more than two decades shaping culture, capability, and transformation across complex, multinational environments. Her work centers on organizational maturity, cultural evolution, and the systemic conditions that enable performance at scale.
As an executive coach, Norma has partnered with CEOs, executive committees, and senior leaders across industries, including Walmart, MSD, and Naos. providing board‑relevant diagnostics, organizational insight, and strategic coaching grounded in power dynamics.
Norma has held senior HR, Organizational Development, and Talent roles at Unilever, Grupo Modelo, Domino’s Pizza, and PepsiCo, partnering with executive teams to lead culture, organizational effectiveness, talent, internal communication, and change management. Her experience spans high‑growth and multicultural organizations, where she has enterprise transformation and evolution of Human Capital functions.
She is a Certified Executive Coach (ICC), fully certified in the Hogan Assessment Suite, and certified by Human Synergistics in Organizational Culture Diagnosis and Transformation. She holds academic training in Marketing, Organizational Consulting, and Human Development.
